We may collect personal identification information from Users (Site visitors) in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, respond to a survey, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on GraduateVirtually (our Site).
Depending on the service, Users may be permitted to upload photos, write their first and last name, and write text responses to questions. In other cases, photos, first and last names and text may be sent to us by colleges, universities and school districts, and used with their explicit permission.
Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identifiable information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities. At no time will data collected from students be sold or distributed in any way, except for the express purpose of creating a personalized video scene. All personal student data is stored on secured internal servers during project lifespan, and permanently deleted at the conclusion of a project.
Any information we collect from minors under the age of 13 (names, texts and photos) must be explicitly approved with verified parental consent, in the form of a digital signature.
Ultimately, all video content must be approved by you (Client) before final delivery.
If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your children have provided us with personal information they shouldn’t have, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information immediately.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
